Here we list events of interest to our broader 2SLGBTQIA+ community. These include organizations that support 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors, but for whom that inclusion is not their main focus. 🙂
Vancouver Queer Stories:Pride 🏳️🌈
Tuesday July 22, 2025
Do you have a fond memory of your first pride festival, a heart-felt coming out story, or a tale of protest and standing up for your rights? Share your pride story!
Vancouver Queer Stories: a community project that creates space for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals to share personal stories, build connection, and celebrate the richness of our diverse experiences.
We host FREE live storytelling events that centre queer voices and lived experience. One of our core goals is to foster an inclusive platform that transcends age, gender, race, culture, and identity — ensuring that our storytellers reflect the full spectrum of our vibrant community.
Our next free event is all about PRIDE and promises an evening of heartfelt, funny, and deeply human stories from across our community.
It will be held at the Show Cellar inside the Park Pub on Davie Street on Tuesday the 22nd of July 2025. Doors at 6pm, Stories start at 6:30pm.
